Talk:ToeJam and Earl

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One page on Wikipedia is called "Toe Jam & Earl". Another page is called "ToeJam and Earl" with the word "and" instead of the ampersand.

However, judging from the offical site the game is actually called "ToeJam & Earl", meaning neither name is exactly right. More importantly, I think these pages should be merged.

You're right, but from what you've said, they should be merged in the page ToeJam & Earl. -- Supermorff 20:07, 9 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose the last updated by Itai technically fixed the redirect, and on second thought I'll leave it like this, but it's still wrong. Why was the ToeJam & Earl page which is only a redirect made in the first place, as it was obvious that was the right title? :( I thought I added a request for deletion there, but it didn't stick, or I did something wrong. I just added it (again). See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/ToeJam & Earl. Retodon8 21:22, 20 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

ToeJam & Earl article's purpose?

[edit]

This article is very confused. The introductory paragraphs describe information pertaining specifically to the first ToeJam and Earl game, and then the article moves on to tautologically discuss the first game in its own section, then the second and third games. The infobox also only lists information about the first game, and the other games remain largely ignored in this sense. Is this article about the series or about the first game or about the two titular characters? Perhaps we should have one article per game and another article listing the characters and giving descriptions. -- Reinhart 17:50, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
