Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Todd Baron has invented or pioneered several techniques that are fundamental to the field of gastroenterology. These techniques include endoscopic gallbladder drainage, treatment of pancreatic necrosis and invention of the colonic stent. These contributions have been invaluable to the field and this individual is widely regarded as a major contributor to the practice of medicine. His contributions are similar in importance to Douglas K Rex, Sven Ivar Seldinger, and Bruce E. Sands all of whom have Wikipedia pages.
