[edit]Hell's Hole is not the largest rapid on this river. It's one of the most dangerous because of the undercurrent but not the biggest. I think it's only a cat 3 rapid. There are 4 cat 4 rapids around this area, "diamond splitter" and "table saw" are the two cat 4 rapids closest to "Hell's Hole".
There are 4 cat 5 rapids higher in the river. One being the Olympic rapid. Though it's man made, this us considered the biggest rapid on the river.
Dams and power generation
[edit]I added some photos I found on Wikipedia commons of the dams along the river. I think a section on them and the role power generation plays in the history of the river would be useful. Candleabracadabra (talk) 14:36, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
More Info
[edit]This article could use more information on the kayaking and white water rafting section. It's very short and mostly includes information on the Olympics rather than the current use for it. It could definitely be expanded with an explanation of the many activities a visitor can do on the river. The rapids could even be described so that someone considering a visit would know what to expect on their trip.
