history?

Any history about CFR 21? major changes to any sections? additions/deletions? Some more substance about the issues surrounding CFR 21 would be nice... Anyone know any of this? --98.70.53.58 (talk) 01:15, 9 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I work at a lab and several folks on our QAU seem to know a thing or two about the history of it. I'm checking with them to see if I can find anything, but if I haven't updated this article with something in a few weeks, its probably safe to say I couldn't get them on-board.
