– The football manager is clear PRIMARY by pageviews and long-term significance, and one of the few on the page known as just "Tite". Page view stats [here]. Ortizesp (talk) 02:17, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. The high pageviews these days reflect a tenfold increase in interest in this article, which I suspect may have a little something to do with the World Cup currently running. I haven't looked at long-term significance, but there's clearly no primary topic with respect to usage: the outgoing traffic from the dab page Tite for October [1] (a month where the pageviews for the football manager had already jumped to twice their base level) shows that that link was followed by fewer than half of dab visitors. – Uanfala (talk) 14:00, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Page views are overwhelmingly in his favour even without the World Cup, and the World Cup just takes it up a notch. The page view stats I provided are from December 2021 until now, before the World Cup spike. Ortizesp (talk) 17:57, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The pageviews aren't of much relevance here. A primary topic has two aspects: usage and long-term notability. That there is no primary topic with respect to usage can be seen by the Wikinav data for the outgoing traffic from the dab page. When we have this data, we have no need for crude proxy measures like the pageviews we used to go for when we didn't have anything better in the old days. However, high pageviews sustained over a long period may be a weak signal for greater long-term notability, but that's a different question (and if you go down that path, you'd need to look at a period that doesn't include the World Cup and also take into account all the relevant entries on the dab page, here's an example). – Uanfala (talk) 19:58, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The page views of course are of relevance here, it gives a crude idea of popularity. And most of the pages listed on that page aren't known as just Tite: the only one that even comes close is always known as Tite Kubo with last name listed. Of the pages only known as Tite, the football manager probably gets 98 per cent of page views and is the only one with long-term significance. Ortizesp (talk) 20:55, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. apparently there's a World Cup on. In ictu oculi (talk) 15:41, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
And? He dominates page views well before the World Cup, and probably for years now. He's been the Brazilian manager since 2016. I feel like this supports the requested move anyways.Ortizesp (talk) 17:57, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. No primary topic here. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:51, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note: This discussion has been included in WikiProject Football's list of association football-related page moves. S.A. Julio (talk) 16:28, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - another clear example that page views do not equal being a primary topic. GiantSnowman 20:14, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Tite (Guinea-Bissau) is bigger than Saint Lucia. Sahaib (talk) 22:08, 9 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
