Over 1,500 people attend the festival and it has been running for the past 4 years.

@Strathcis16: The article has no independent reliable sources to indicate what is notable or significant about this event.(notable performers, historical, supported by notable people, etc.) Frankly 1,500 people and 4 years isn't that much in either respect, at least to me- but that's not the point.
