Move back to common name

The WP:COMMONNAME of this competition is Tipperary Intermediate Football Championship. The term "GAA" is superfluous (no-one else organises a Tipperary Intermediate Football Championship) and the article should be moved back from this misnamed page, to which it was moved without discussion by an editor who has similarly displaced many GAA articles.
