A discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.
If possible I think it would be great to expand the number of entries dealing with zoological events/discoveries in the pre-colonial Americas, Africa, and Asia. Right now the list reads as if Europeans and European-descended Americans were largely the only ones dealing with zoology.
Also, there are still a ton of entries on the list that do not clearly establish their significance to zoology as a whole. If anyone has the knowledge to work on that, that would be much appreciated. ForsythiaJo (talk) 22:33, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
