pledge of allegiance

[edit]

The entire "pledge of allegiance" tangent doesn't belong here. The 1st amendment entries should be moved to a 1st amendment history page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.225.247.155 (talkcontribs) 16:24, 5 April 2007

This page was lifted verbatim from http://www.ushistory.org/betsy/flagfact.html from about 1 year ago. They have since updated their page. This one is an old version. Does that make it okay to use? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.163.18.171 (talkcontribs) 11:38, 21 June 2007

No. I believe copyright clearly held by owners as it states on their website quote

As they are a non profit organisation it is necessary to write requesting definite permission. Otherwise article will need to be tagged for copyright violation.--Kieranian2001 (talk) 13:11, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think it’s pretty obvious I’m talking about 217.180.216.79 (talk) 02:34, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It's not that obvious. What's the issue? win8x (talking | spying) 02:35, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
