Capitalization

[edit]

Note "27th secretary of defense" is uncapitalized because "secretary of defense" is preceded by modifier "27th", per MOS:JOBTITLES bullet 3 and table column 2, example 3: "Nixon was the 37th president of the United States." Any proposal for modification to the guideline should be posted at its talk page, WT:MOSBIO. —Eyer (If you reply, add {{reply to|Eyer}} to your message to let me know.) 22:33, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am

[edit]

Trumps aside remark that he is the one chosen to deal with China might be construed by those unaware as innocent. They would be wrong. It is far from innocent. Proclaiming "I Am The CHOSEN ONE" is the Sin of Jesus. It is why Jesus was crucified. It is why the Jewish Elders asked Rome to "...punish he that blasphemes..." To say those specific words is the ultimate Blaspheme. It is a claim to be the Messiah, the one "we are waiting for", the one chosen by God above all others. Him that is promised. Other comments he made on 8/21 were also worthy of adding to the timeline but this is the most serious and noteworthy. ―Buster7  23:38, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

In context when the President spoke the phrase "I Am The CHOSEN ONE" he was clearly referring that he was selected in a duly legitimate election to do the things that other administrations had failed to do, to keep his promises. President Donald Trump made no reference to Jesus Christ, the Christians Lord and Savior who is the Son of God. President Trump is a champion of Freedom which includes the freedom of religion. To say that the President was referring to himself, surpassing Jesus Christ who is the chosen one through Gods authority, is a false statement, blasphemous, and people should take heed that it may be a message of a false prophet who is trying to spread lies and deceit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.218.189.187 (talk) 23:01, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Why did he look up to Heaven when he said it? Was the Electorate hiding in the trees above his head? There are no qualifiers in the Bible that delineate the intent of "he that blasphemes". If it is what you say it is, then it is a sign of Trump's ignorance about basic religous actions ie one looks to heaven when talking to God the Father.―Buster7  00:29, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A sanitized timeline

[edit]

This article has become a tremendously sanitized report on the happenings of the Trump presidency. Other than reporting on the comings and goings of cabinet members and people in the administration, and bilateral meetings with prime ministers and the like...nothing of any consequence is included. I respect the editors making these additions and assume good faith in their efforts. But, there is just not enough being included to report (to future readers of WP) whats really happening. ―Buster7  13:22, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
