THIS ARTICLE REQUIRES SUBSTANTIAL REVISION
[edit]It is headed "Timeline of the British Army" and there was NO British Army until 1707 because Great Britain as a nation did not exist. Therefore anything prior to 1707 should be removed and placed either under England, Wales or Scotland. 82.41.172.141 (talk) 18:36, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
Army Air Corps
[edit]The page says "September 1, 1957 - The Army Air Corps is formed." However, I am disambiguating [[Army Air Corps]], and I find references from WWII which are clearly UK not US.James Fitzmaurice (pilot) says "He joined the Army Air Corps in 1919". When was "Army Air Corps" first used for a British unit? What does the 1957 date refer to? Randall Bart Talk 02:45, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
