1919 Fisk

[edit]

I am confused by this reference to George Fisk - and don't know Langdon's sources. I believe it was Ernest Thomas Fisk who pioneered early radio in Australia but perhaps there's a relation George who actually did this particular broadcast? Can anyone help?Sterry2607 (talk) 03:31, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have corrected the reference to Ernest Thomas Fisk & wikilinked, by the way the article on Fisk needs a lot of workSamuel.dellit (talk) 22:23, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

1890s

[edit]

This list/article subsection needs to be fully reworked to reflect the more detailed material currently being posted in the History of broadcasting in Australia#1890s. These early wireless experimenters were the pathfinders to Australian radio and most, if not all, warrant entries in the timelineSamuel.dellit (talk) 22:30, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
