Cabinet
[edit]The statement - 'After Thatcher's resignation in 1990 he was promoted to the Cabinet serving in John Major's government as Minister for the Arts between 1990 and 1992' was wrong - Minister for the Arts was not a Cabinet position, so I have amended the text to remove the reference to it being so.
