Several editors keep adding a link to http://www.australiansatwar.gov.au/stories/stories.asp?war=PK&id=186 This article does not mention Tim McOwan in any way and hence clearly doesn't meet WP:EL. I've now removed it three times, so I think that the three-revert rule now applies. I'd be interested in the editors who keep adding the link explanation on what exactly it has to do with a person who isn't mentioned in it. --Nick Dowling (talk) 10:35, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image Image:Meritorious Unit Citation (Australia) with star.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
