Birthplace
[edit]There is a problem here. One paragraph says that Matheson was born in Glendale, CA. The introduction says that he was born in Wimbledon, England. Only one is correct.
Buried Alive and Clint
[edit]Someone who didn't know wikitable code tried to add Buried Alive and Clint to the filmography. I don't know if the entries are correct, so I just removed them. They were malformed and appeared above the table instead of in it. — SMcCandlish Talk⇒ ɖ∘¿¤þ Contrib. 05:43, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
Bowling movie
[edit]I'm pretty sure he played a pro bowler in one film, ca. early to mid 1980s, I think. I remember little about the film, other than he cheated on his wife and she broke some ribs with a baseball bat in retaliation, and in another scene, he drove his car into a ravine behind his house and just left it there. Any ideas what film this is? It should probably be added to list/category for bowling films, as most of it was about bowling. — SMcCandlish Talk⇒ ɖ∘¿¤þ Contrib. 05:43, 9 April 2012 (UTC)
Television director
[edit]"Television director" is more precise (and in this case, more accurate and required) than simply "director". Unless you can provide reliable sources that demonstrate that the subject of the article is more than just a TV director, I see no point in keeping your proposed change. 69.165.196.103 (talk) 23:46, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
I originally thought "Director" would cover it already. But I won't change it again. 2600:1000:B00B:FEEB:3C99:9A7:440A:9AA (talk) 00:51, 1 March 2017 (UTC)
- Well, it's generally better to be more precise than not enough. 69.165.196.103 (talk) 01:12, 1 March 2017 (UTC)
Killing Reagan
[edit]Bill O'Reilly would dispute the characterization of Killing Reagan as a novel, although Edwin Meese, George Will and lots of other Reagan insiders would doubtless heartily endorse it. Is that POV enough to warrant changing the wording? The book, although widely disputed, was at least marketed as nonfiction. 2600:1004:B104:ECC0:AC3A:D40D:85C4:DDD9 (talk) 03:11, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
Photos of Tim Matheson
[edit]Who researches the people on Wikipedia? I've noticed several times that the photos are of the wrong people. There is a photo of Kurt Russell in Tim Matheson's bio. They look nothing alike. I hope this is corrected. 2604:3D08:2687:1600:C89D:10F5:36F5:E8A7 (talk) 04:01, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
