I have referenced Anderson's biography from an RAeS Event because it's the only one I can find. I'm sure it is his official biography because it matches the info that was already on this page, presumably dating from when he was ACAS, and his bio would have been available on the RAF website (this has biographies for the current five most senior officers within the Air Staff, Air Command and DES, but they change with the current incumbents).
