Tigers in Himacal Pradesh?

I'm not familiar with the subject,because

the sentence was added newly with no reference given. I tried to confirm the info, but all I could find was this arcticle which seems to report on possible, but not confirmed tiger spottings: http://zeenews.india.com/news/eco-news/big-cat-spotted-in-himachal_933922.html.

Also found this: http://indianexpress.com/article/cities/shimla/finally-himachal-pradesh-to-have-tigers-at-renuka-4532185/. According to the article "there is a larger plan of the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) to declare the areas close to Corbett National park in the states of Haryana, Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh as tiger reserve as some movement of tigers have been found in these areas.". Well, has it been declared a tiger reserve yet and how firm are the findings of "movement of tigers"? It could be included in the wiki-article as a future reserve/rserve under development, but would need some rewriting and research by someone familiar with the topic.
