this probably would be considered OR by the wiki-police, but since I was the one who did the work, I don't know how one could go about finding a better source (no pun intended).
not long after they began rehearsing, & while ed & louis were still in the band, I went to see the band working at a rehearsal studio in spitalfields. they had the juno-60 (for tina, though at this point louis was playing it. he was julie's b/f/ at the time) & the moog rogue. note, moog singular.
I took the thing home with me that night, lending them mine for a couple of weeks while I lowered theirs by an octave & fitted an internal mains transformer & IEC socket.
I'd love to know where this modified rogue ended up.
later, when the band had achieved some success, & some traction with geoff travis, julie initiated a side-project with another musician known as 'fleas'; the resulting material was recorded in my home-studio, & I also played on it. by this time, seamus had been eased out of the band, but remained close enough to them that he too took part in the project.
