Broken link to Chambers Library at the University of Central Oklahoma

The following was the only reference in this article, and it appears to be broken so I removed it. It was placed by itself at the very top of the article, so there was no indication of what it was intended to relate to. If somebody knows a reliable reference to replace it, or any other references to support this article, please add them in!
