Merge with Tibialis Anterior Draft

I don't really know what "draft" means, or why there's a separate article. However, some of the information there looks good and should be used here. This topic is beyond my breadth of experience. johnpseudo 18:28, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know what the draft version is either, it should be merged into this article and the original dropped.
