[edit]August 23, 2008 I'm going to attempt to clean up this article by fixing the grammar and removing information which is either correct or not relating to the subject matter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ttoesen (talk • contribs) 08:20, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
I have removed the description of Flipping The World because that is another film and should have its own entry and a link to it. It already is listed with a link to the IMDB. This film was also an NFB film, incidentally, and, although made by the Odd Squad, not 'produced' by them.
The information about April Reoch was incorrect. She was a victim and did appear in the film but not one of the missing women. The missing woman in the film was Serena Abbotsway. Ttoesen 09:49, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
The previous entry required a rewrite to bring it to an acceptable standard of accuracy and bias. The author of the original entry seemed to be confusing the 52 minute 1999 documentary "Through a Blue Lens" with the 30 minute 2000 film with the name "Flipping the World - Drugs Through a Blue Lens". Although both films are National Film Board of Canada productions, with producer Gillian Darling Kovanic, they are completely different films. Ttoesen 06:04, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
The original contributor can certainly be forgiven for having thought Through A Blue Lens was produced by the Vancouver Police. The web page for the group of police depicted in the film, who call their project the Odd Squad www.oddsquad.com, implies that the film was made from the video they shot, whereas only a few minutes of their footage was used.Ttoesen 06:17, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
