Article tag

I changed the no references article tag from April 2008 to no footnotes because there is an external link but no footnotes pointing to it. In addition, this article needs a references section; however, I don't think that tag is necessary at this point. --momoricks ^talk 01:28, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
