i don't want to cause panic, but there are THREE (related) Thomas Wildmans, and two at least contemporaneous ones - all from the same family. This one's contemporary is Thomas Wildman, son of Henry Wildman, kin to the Thomas who died in 1795. All gained something from the famili's work for the Beckfords. Even the History of Parliament gets the Wildman ownership of another plantation, Esher, in St Mary's, Jamaica, wrong. Until the bankruptcy of Henry's another of Henry's sons James, in the 1820s, it belonged to the heirs of Henry Wildman, not, as the History of Parliament claims, James Beckford Wildman. Some disambiguation for this Thomas Wildman might help a bitDelahays (talk) 17:04, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
