Top-tagging of article, being repeatedly deleted
[edit]I tagged this in February 2018 and again (twice) in June due to removal by spa Colinhillimages, who has received guidance at the edit-summaries, at User talk:Colinhillimages#June 2018 and at User talk:Colinhillimages#Repeated deletion of top Maintenance tags and adding Primary-sourced references.
The article is/has been struggling to meet basic notablilty requirements, being about a schoolboy motorcycle racer.
This article has a history of sockpuppetry - see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Thomasstrudwick/Archive with multiple-users blocked December 2015.
The article has been repeatedly edited by {{spa}} Colinhillimages (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), account established April 2016. All edits are associated with same the same race-team and riders therefrom.
