Promotionalism and Sourcing

Peacock phrases without a reliable and third party source to describe his patents should be used. Details of his life and where he studied unless sourced should not be added. An example is telling how critical his patents are with no source to back that up equals promotionalism. He seems to be notable enough without adding a bunch of peacock terms.
