I'm trying to read into the Senate confirmation vote. It seems he has a connection with Arizona but I couldn't find any. He is from Indiana. Only 3 Democrats voted for his nomination:
- Kelly (D-AZ)
- Sinema (D-AZ)
- Manchin (D-WV) (usually votes with the Republicans on nominations)
