Sentence needing clear reference

A sentence "His pictures bring the highest prices for a living photographer at present." was inserted before an existing reference, giving the impression that it is verified by that reference. Perhaps it is, perhaps the pricing is as asserted, but it needs independent proof, so I've deleted it. AllyD (talk) 21:34, 17 September 2010 (UTC)
What the heck does "He has discovered recently named 3 places on the map" mean?
