Jackson or Jefferson?
[edit]I am questioning Oakley's middle name here. Any source that has to do with Trinity Church Cemetery cites his middle name as 'Jefferson'. His Congress bio cites him as 'Thomas Jackson'. Officials sources use 'Jackson' but apparently, it says 'Jefferson' on his tombstone.
I am curious if anyone knows what his real middle name is. In the case that no one knows, maybe we should move the article to "Thomas J. Oakley" which will help at least with searches by users, etc.
Also, his New York Times obituary cites him as 'Thomas J. Oakley'. --Sanorton (talk) 19:13, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
