[edit]I volunteer to clean up this page. The formatting is incorrect at times. The information seems to be all correct but I will fact check to verify. Lawrlafo (talk) 07:18, 21 November 2008 (UTC)
I have made extensive revisions of this page, including incorporating headings, rewriting the copy, correcting formatting mistakes (especially for the references). I've also added some information after consulting the Binghamton University website and some of Glave's books. I also added numerous categories.
