TCN's get paid what would be considered good money in thier home countries when they work as a contractor in a war zone. It is easy to think that they are treated as second class citizens, when in thier own country they are treated equally or worse. There are racist and predjudice contractors working over seas, and there are guys like me that treat them as equals when they do thier job. I have found that the TCN's that I work with are smart enough to work for my contractor. So there is some truth to the accusations that TCN's may be treated bad, but it is not always the case. -Ben Rushing Baghdad, Iraq
