There is also an article entitled "Thermogravimetric analysis". Shouldn't these articles be merged, and one term be redirected to the other? -- Thomas.Hedden

I was going to make the same comment! I see that more than a year after the above comment was made (11 September 2008, as dated in discussion page for the other article), it has not been acted on and no-one has commented on it. I'm not an expert in this field, so I hope there's an expert out there who will do this work! Timothy Cooper (talk) 13:51, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, since article on "Thermogravimetric Analysis"is longer, better in style and content and has citations as well, so this article should be merged into that.--137.250.85.161 (talk) 14:06, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article on thermogravimetry almost seems to be original research. The point about thermogravimtery including the synthesis and analytical analysis is not strong enough to justify a separate article. Even in synthesis processes, the analysis is simply part of the process. --Agriculturist50 (talk) 18:23, 5 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
