Laurentian origin?

"prolonged anterior tube-like handle"?
[edit]The above phrase appearing in an article about a type of extinct fish looks like vandalism to me. If anyone knows why it should remain in this article, make a mention of it here (or edit it yourself, for clarity or expungement, so I won't have to remove it).--Quisqualis (talk) 00:48, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- From what I can tell from the history, the tube-like handle phrase is some sort of transcribing error, though, I have been unable to translate what the original editor wanted to convey. I opted to replace it with a phrase about lobes forming a hypocercal-heterocercal tail, instead.--Mr Fink (talk) 01:27, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
