Needs review for clarity

Hiya. I was going to try to clean up this page a bit, but after the introduction I've realised that not having a better grasp on japanese I won't be able to complete this myself. There are a few points that seem contradictory that I haven't been able to untangle- specifically, are "Emperor Keitai" and "Emperor Tsugitai" supposed to refer to the same person? If not, why does Keitai disappear after the first paragraph? If somebody who's better able to read the sources could clear that up that would be great.
