This content probably should be folded into the Wolf River (Tennessee) article or the Wolf River Conservancy article. The tone of what's written so far has a promotional/sales-pitch tone, not Wikipedia's mandated neutral point of view. If the Greenway is indeed praiseworthy, the facts should speak for themselves.
