Beyond obscure. I can find other works by George Phillies (Designing Wargames: Introduction, Designing Modern Strategy Games), but strangely, even on his personal bio page (https://users.wpi.edu/~phillies/), there is no mention of this encyclopedia. I would assume The Space Gamer made a typo and that it is simply "Encyclopedia". Guinness323 (talk) 02:48, 3 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
