[edit]The villages Womarshausen or Giebaldhausen are Wollbrandshausen and Gieboldehausen, situated close to each other in the region of Eichsfeld. These Northern-German villages are not in the vicinity of Mainz, but until 1802, they belonged to the Electorate of Mainz, so scarcely informed readers could think they where near Mainz, and like the Eichsfeld as a whole, they were (and still are) predominantly catholic. --Rabanus Flavus (talk) 11:35, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
