The Vile Village, the seventh of the Series of Unfortunate Events, is a fantastic book. It involves a V.F.D. rule was broken by the sad fate of Jacques Snicket. If anyone knows of this rule, please inform me by posting it. FYI. for some real interesting fun, go to thenamelessnovel.com and explore the wonders of the books. PLEASE get back to me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.119.44.203 (talkcontribs) 19:04, 8 August 2005

I"M BACK!!!!! And I have more questions. Numbero Uno. What was the predicted surname of the cow that started the Great Chicago Fire? Numbero Two. What knot does Violet usually use?\ Numbero Threeo. Look above!! Numbero Quatoro. Which Russian literary figure was thought to be as unfortunate as the orphans?

THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY WITH MY PROBLEMS!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.119.44.203 (talkcontribs) 19:11, 8 August 2005

1. Who knows? That's not even in the book.

2. The Devil's Tongue.

3. I can't remember the number, but he was to bee killed because "no villians are around in the village".

4. I don't think that's in the book either. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.116.38.37 (talkcontribs) 00:33, 8 December 2005

Fair use rationale for Image:Vile village.jpg

[edit]

Image:Vile village.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
