The Union (Grass Valley) → The Union (newspaper) – Wikipedia:Article_titles states, "Titles are expected to use names and terms that readers are most likely to look for in order to find the article (and to which editors will most naturally link from other articles). As part of this, a good title should convey what the subject is actually called in English." Someone looking for "The Union" newspaper will be more likely to search for "The Union (newspaper)" than "The Union (Grass Valley)". It's kind of silly to create a disambiguation page for what's essentially only one article (and the original mover has had months in which to create any other similar newspaper articles). I was going to do this as a speedy and saw this question. There is at least one other newspaper with this name and it does not have an article. Vegaswikian (talk) 17:47, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure that, somewhere in the world, there's another newspaper called "The Union". There are probably even more than one. There are more people named Mark Aarons (for example) as well, but we don't create a disambiguation page for every person's name. Similarly, having a The Union disambiguation page on the off chance that someone will someday create another page about a "The Union" newspaper just seems a little bit overkill to me. :) Banaticus (talk) 11:10, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
