Good to see, but ...
[edit]It's good to see an article on a building like The Towers, but most of this article seems to be about the Manchester Ship Canal!--Malleus Fatuorum (talk) 18:50, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
- I've added a little about the Shirley Institute (and, meanwhile, created a stub Shirley Institute article). I've also found a link to a detailed architectural description and added it. Feline Hymnic (talk) 20:08, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Merger disussion
[edit]Hi there, while I can see some sense in the merger, it doesn't make much sense in terms of the history of the research institute itself, whioch only happened to be at this location. While this page hasn't fully set out its work it clearly did some things of note, like developing the "tog" value. That has little to do with the article about the Towers and would seem quite irrelevant to the current history. So on the whole, I think it's npt the right thing to do. - Closing, given the uncontested objection and no support. Klbrain (talk) 21:36, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
