To do

[edit]

This article states that the River Barrow defined the eastern boundaries of the kingdom of Ossary and this also defines the current RC diocesan boundary of Ossary. This is not the case, the Barrow does define the eastern border of the diocese of Ossary with the exception of area around the town of Graiguenamangh Co.Kilkenny which is located within the diocese of Kildare and Leighlin. This area was also traditionally part of the kingdom of Idrone (mostly Carlow) and the boundary with Ossary was (and still is today in realtion to the diocese) located along the slopes of Coppenagh hill which lies between Graiguenamanagh and Thomastown in County Kilkenny.

Name in Irish

[edit]

The corresponding page in Irish says the name for this group of rivers is Cumar na dTrí Uisce. It does not use the literal translation used on this page in English. https://ga.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumar_na_dTr%C3%AD_Uisce — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:14BB:410:77AD:B1CD:A909:C2BF:9B86 (talk) 01:39, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
