1924 series of films?
[edit]There is no record of either Darryl Zanuck or Mal St. Clair ever being involved with a serial of this title in 1922. After checking several sources I found no evidence of the serial. Several films were made with this title or near title for instance D.W. Griffith's "The Telephone Girl and the Lady" and a 1927 Paramount film directed by Herbert Brenon, "The Telephone Girl", now lost. ////FBO did produce a series in 1924 called "The Telephone Girl" which I think this entry is about. Alberta Vaughn was the lead and title character. Zanuck and St. Clair weren't involved. The lobby poster at right may be what this article is referring to.
