Keep as a Separate Page
[edit]The list of notable alumni should be enough to let the organization have its own page. It has been at UT for a long time, and it has had a large impact on student life. --AndrewSolomon (talk) 05:13, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
Not merged yet. Why?
[edit]Why has this page not been merged into the UT-Austin page yet, nearly three years after the deletion discussion? Looks like I have a chore to do tonight... - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 00:57, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- No idea. I picked up on it because it was in the maintenance lists for a reflist issue. But I'm not sure why after your comment above (a valid one, by the way) you merely redirected. A redirect is not a merge &, frankly, can barely be described as a "chore" either - it takes, oh, 5 seconds. - Sitush (talk) 05:37, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
- Only because I found in the history where someone else had already done the job, then someone else came along three years later and undid it. 15 seconds to reverse the damage, somewhat more time to reprimand the guilty parties and point out that WP policies had been violated. (In other words, I dodn't realize at first that there was a standing AfD on this subject.) - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 16:45, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
