[edit]How does one go about being "subjected to a nudist colony"? I have no idea how that would work. --221.249.13.34 04:34, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
I just came on this talk page to ask the same question! — Trilobite (Talk) 16:54, 28 Dec 2004 (UTC)
New Season?
[edit]Well it's January 2006 and no new season of Surreal Life, and no mention on vh1.com. Whats up? DOAsaturn 02:31, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- Just to wrap things up, Season 6 did air. Ianthegecko 04:46, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
Season 7
[edit]Are we absolutely positive that these are the confirmed celebrities for Season 7? I haven't seen any confirmation from VH1 only a message board posting. Can anyone provide a valid source link? Without that I don't think it's true.
When is going to air?--Cooly123 (talk) 20:07, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
Fame Games is NOT Season 7
[edit]There has been confusion on whether The Surreal Life: Fame Games is a spinoff or a new season of the show. It's a spinoff. The format is different, as is the location. The premise makes it look like Real World/Road Rules Challenge rather than a new season of The Surreal Life. The next season of Surreal Life (which I guess would premiere in the summer or fall or 2007) would be Surreal Life 7, not Surreal Life 8. Milchama 01:45, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
I agree Fame Games is a spin-off. --Cooly123 22:24, 3 October 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cooly123 (talk • contribs)
NPOV, Cleanup and Split Tags
[edit]I added NPOV the tag to the Episode Guide section because the presence of words like "great" and "superb" make it clear that someone needs to go through it to weed out such things. I added the cleanup tag because it looks somewhat disorganized, in particular with respect to the lack of proper formatting, paragraph structure, those wonky dotted-line boxes, etc. This information might look better in a grid format. I added the split tag because the article is currently 34K long, and the Episode Guide would reduce this, and make a good candidate for its own article. Nightscream 05:14, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:SurrealLife.gif
[edit]Image:SurrealLife.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
