I was wondering...on the discography chart, the song "Betcha By Golly Wow" is listed the year 1972...but on the article itself says it was released in 1971...can someone please clarify. Justme89 (talk) 21:31, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Written in 1970; recorded in 1971 by The Stylistics; and charted in 1971 (U.S.) and June 1972 in the UK (as far as I can tell). Sometimes a 'year' accreditation is not quite as simple as it seems. Actually I have amended the discography notation to 1971, which seems the best compromise given the date of recording. Regards,
Ditto: To be precise, it was a brooding, Luscously melancholy October of 1971AD when I purchased the styListics' journeyman album. I returned to my room with my brother and girlfriend, and was "trasnported" by the songs, which delightfully compleneted the stormy atmosphere somehow. --65.88.88.253 (talk) 17:39, 5 June 2014 (UTC)Veryverser[reply]
