Crippled?

[edit]

I just read the book this movie was based on, and I don't remember the heroine being crippled like this summary says she was. So either I really wasn't paying attention, or the summary's inaccurate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.207.82.129 (talk) 18:43, 6 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The summary was inaccurate. The heroine was not crippled or mute, nor were any of the killer's victims.Kostaki mou (talk) 18:49, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Filming location Detroit, Michigan? I don't think so.

[edit]

Under "Production" in this article, it says the film was "shot in Detroit, Michigan between August through October, 1945." There is a "citation needed" after it. In the 1940s, RKO Studios shot most of its films on its own facilities in Hollywood or Culver City, CA, which was later purchased by Desilu in the 1950s. This has to be a mistake. I just found that Internet Movie Database lists Detroit, Michigan a filming location. Someone must have used that a source. IMDb is full of inaccuracies. JGKlein 13:10, 23 July 2017 (UTC)
I am going to remove "Detroit, Michigan" as a filming location. I hope nobody objects. JGKlein 13:18, 23 July 2017 (UTC)
