Maybe I'm just silly, but shouldn't the actual text be moved to Wikipedia commons or Wikibooks or something? It seems awkward to just have the whole thing pasted here in a chunk, sans formatting. Ministry of Silly Walks (talk) 23:19, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

- I'm responding to a user inactive for nearly decade, so I doubt this will ever receive a response, but I'm puzzled how a faithful copy of any 18th Century text could possibly be considered a copyright violation in any country. —Undomelin (talk) 20:14, 15 July 2019 (UTC)
