Re-write

I have undertaken a big clean up of this article to bring it in line with the Wikipedia:Manual of Style, and to make it more readable. I have removed speculation - Wikipedia reports what we know, now what we don't know or what we "could reasonable think". I took out a lot of words that didn't add meaning, but dragged the article down. I took out some very, very minor details that would not be of any interest to a general readership. And above all, I tried to make this read like an encyclopedia article, rather than a blog. I appreciate the efforts of those have taken the time to post this material, and hope that they will appreciate my efforts to bring this up to Wikipedia's standards. The information on this Wikipedia entry is very out-of-date based on current research by The Speaker's House organziation. I am trying to update the entry to reflect this new content and provide more accurate information. 96.227.243.211 (talk) 14:58, 15 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
