Clean-up

This was tagged for clean-up in July 2009. Although no reason was given, i assume it was because although some of the entries may not meet the guidelines for inclusion. I think that

1. South of England
2. U.S. South
3. South of France
4. South Italy
5. South Korea
6. Republic of Ireland
7. South Province (Cameroon) should probably be removed. What do others think?
