Literary reception
[edit]Shouldn't the section Literary reception be renamed "Literary reception and Gender", given the disproportionate weight given to one academic's grating of their particular grindstone? I mean, I'm all for advancing one's career by riding all over every other societal issue, recasting any other issue as subordinate to one's own hobbyhorse, right? Uh, no. - That sort of thing is what happens when "improving" a Wikipedia article is a class assignment—one or two obscure academic papers are summarized as if they really matter. Sometimes the students don't realize that these are encyclopedia articles, not book reports or term papers. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 13:18, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
