Publication date?
[edit]In the first paragraph it is stated the books were published in 1995 but the infobox says 1993. Any clarification as to which year is the correct year? Am currently translating this page and it would be helpful to have the correct date (both dates appear online aswell, as far as I can tell). Leiservampir (talk) 02:07, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
- Also, have just noticed two different ages are mentioned, first 10 years old then 11 (concerning Marnus). Leiservampir (talk) 02:11, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
this article is not complete
[edit]i do not speak very good english so i am not able to complete this article but somebody should do because the article only shows one aspect of the novel. this novel is much more complicated and it deals with much more than only child abuse its about how the system of apartheid influences peoples lives child abuse is only one aspect that goes along with marnus' father's attitude which is based on the apartheid system and the article also should speak about the historical and political background, especially concerning the scenes with the general from chile
so please, anyone who read the book should complete this article!
- Hi-if you write what you want to add on this talk page I will edit the english and add to the article. Tony 09:48, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Tony
